Rescheduling and Cancellation

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for my guests, I require at least 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. All clients are given one free emergency cancellation per year to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a rescheduling fee of 50% of services applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

No show

No-showed appointments will be charged on the first offense and be blocked from booking thereafter

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals happen, please send me a DM or call the salon at (619)230-5900 to let me know you are on the way.

If you will be more than 30 minutes late we may need to reschedule with a 50% rescheduling fee.

In the unlikely event that you can still be accommodated, there will be a $50 late arrival fee.

Service Adjustment

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of service and satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your hair color or cut, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to make the adjustment at no additional charge.

If an entirely new look is desired, we will schedule a new service appointment at full price.

Retail Exchange

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit within 30 days of your original purchase.
